RETURN POLICY

RETURN POLICY

REFUND PROCESS

• Refunds will be made within  30 calendar days from the date we receive the product you returned to us. Processing time varies depending on the bank and the type of credit card. You can make your purchases from our online store in the following ways:

• CASH ON DELIVERY ( Available only in Greece) 

In the Checkout process you can choose as a method of payment by "Cash on Delivery". You can pay by cash on delivery when you receive the products from the cooperating courier company. Payment is made in cash. No credit card required. Cash on delivery is free and available only in Greece for orders up to 500 euros.

• BANK DEPOSIT

You can make your payments to one of the accounts in one of the cooperating banks you see below. In this case you will need to send us by email to info@beautycollection.gr the confirmation of your payment to the bank, for the amount you have deposited, in which case your order will be completed with shipment once the deposit appears in our account. Please quote your order number in your payment to avoid delays. This process can take up to 2 working days, depending on the bank's process. Finally, any bank charges should be covered by the customer. It is necessary that the cardholder is also the buyer who executed the transaction.
