RETURN POLICY

If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can return the products within 14 days from the order delivery date. You can either replace your products or request a refund.

PRODUCT RETURN PROCEDURE

Within the period of 14 days that you have to decide on the Return of the product or any part of your order, you must fill in the Product Return Form that you will find in your parcel and here. You fill out this form and place it inside the package for the courier company to pick up.

From the moment we receive the parcel and we will examine whether the returned products are in their original quality condition and have not been removed from their tags. The products must not have been worn, used or soiled, must be sealed, complete and without any damage. The packaging of the returned product must be the one that normally accompanies the product and be in excellent condition.

As long as the above conditions are met, only then will we be able to process the request you submitted to us in the product return form.

- What applies only to Greece. The first product change (eg change of number, color, design or product) is made without charge for the customer. Further returns / changes are charged with the amount of 6€ by the cooperating courier company Speedex or General Post .

- In case of cancellation of the order, the value of the product will be returned. Shipping and cash on delivery fees are non-refundable.

- In the event of a return of an order (unclaimed or undeliverable) which has been paid upon completion, €6 shipping & return costs will be deducted from the final amount of the refund.

- For Cyprus, Romania, Bulgaria. Shipping and return costs are borne by the customer.

-For all other countries: Shipping, customs clearance and return costs are borne by the customer.

PRODUCT REPLACEMENT

  • We can replace the product or products or part of the order you returned to us with another color, size or code, if availability at this time is possible. In case it is not possible to replace due to unavailability of the requested product, color, size, etc. we offer alternatives such as using a credit coupon that we will send you for future purchases or refunds.
  • In case sold incorrectly or defective products from the beginning you can not accept to receive the products or request their replacement. In the case of replacement, we return the order to you with the corresponding correct without charging shipping costs or a refund will be given if you wish.
  • To return and replace it product at your place you must fill in the product return form and place it in the package for the courier company to pick it up.
  • All returned products must be in their original quality condition and have not been removed from these tabs. The products must be in excellent condition, not worn, used and free of dirt, sealed, complete and without any damage. The packaging of the returned product must be the one that normally accompanies the product and must be in excellent condition.
  • Also, if the product you are returning has a security seal, it should not have been breached.
  • We emphasize that you can not return for hygiene reasons: earrings.

REFUND PROCESS

  • The refund process can start immediately from the moment the returned items are received in our store and checked, they are excellent and in their original condition.
  • Refunds are only made to the original credit card, Paypal account or bank account used to pay for the order.
  • Refunds are not made to our physical store, only remotely
  • Refunds will be made within  30 calendar days from the date we receive the product you returned to us. Processing time varies depending on the bank and the type of credit card. We can replace your product or products or part of the order that you returned to us with another color, size or code, if availability at that time is possible. 
  •  It is possible to credit in the form of a coupon for future purchase from our online store
