RETURN POLICY

- Shipments are made every day from Monday to Friday from 9 am to 2 pm (excluding Saturdays and holidays). Parcels are sent throughout Greece & Cyprus from our store in Chalkida, Ermou 23 (tel. +30 22210 86322).
- Orders up to €69.90 have a shipping cost of €3.50. Free shipping for purchases of €70 or more (only for Greece)
- For sending products to Cyprus, the shipping costs are €17
- The Cash on Delivery service is charged with an amount of €1.50 and is valid exclusively for Greece up to the amount of €500 (for larger amounts see other payment methods)
- All products, if available, are sent by Speedex or Geniki Taxydromiki (courier) service and delivered within 2-5 working days from the order confirmation day (for Cyprus 7-12 days)
- Excluded are the cases for which it cannot be possible to transport the parcels due to weather conditions, strikes or holidays
- In case you want to receive the package with your own courier service, then the transport costs are borne by you and the store is not responsible for any delays that may occur
- Saturday deliveries are made after consultation with the customer by phone and there is an extra charge for transport
- Orders placed before 14:00 on working days (Monday-Friday) are dispatched the same day, otherwise they are processed and dispatched the next working day
- Orders are delivered 9:00 - 17:00 at your location. Please ensure someone is available to collect and sign for your delivery. Otherwise, you will need to make arrangements with the courier to arrange delivery of your shipment

- All products, if available, are sent by courier and delivered within 7-12 working days (Monday-Friday) from the order confirmation day
- The cost of transport is €25 with the ELTA service

RETURN POLICY
If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can return the products within 14 days from the order delivery date. You can either replace your products or request a refund.
PRODUCT RETURN PROCEDURE
Within the period of 14 days that you have to decide on the Return of the product or any part of your order, you must fill in the Product Return Form that you will find in your parcel and here. You fill out this form and place it inside the package for the courier company to pick up.
From the moment we receive the parcel and we will examine whether the returned products are in their original quality condition and have not been removed from their tags. The products must not have been worn, used or soiled, must be sealed, complete and without any damage. The packaging of the returned product must be the one that normally accompanies the product and be in excellent condition.
As long as the above conditions are met, only then will we be able to process the request you submitted to us in the product return form.
- What applies only to Greece. The first product change (eg change of number, color, design or product) is made without charge for the customer. Further returns / changes are charged with the amount of 6€ by the cooperating courier company Speedex or General Post .
- In case of cancellation of the order, the value of the product will be returned. Shipping and cash on delivery fees are non-refundable.
- In the event of a return of an order (unclaimed or undeliverable) which has been paid upon completion, €6 shipping & return costs will be deducted from the final amount of the refund.
- For Cyprus, Romania, Bulgaria. Shipping and return costs are borne by the customer.
