RETURN POLICY

• REFUND (REFUND FEE €1.50 - APPLIES ONLY FOR GREECE FOR PURCHASES UP TO 500 EUROS)

In the Checkout process you can choose "Cash on Delivery" as your payment method. You can pay by cash on delivery at the moment you receive the products from the partner courier company. Payment is made in cash. No credit card needed. Cash on delivery has a charge of €1.50 and is only available in Greece for orders up to €500.

In this case you will need to send us an email at info@beautycollection.grconfirmation of your paymentto the bank, for the amount you deposited, in which case your order will be completed with shipment, if the deposit appears in the account us.Please quote your order number in your payment to avoid delays. This process can take up to 2 business days, depending on the bank's process. Finally, any bank charges should be covered by the customer.
