Shipments are made daily from Monday to Friday from 9 am to 2 pm (excluding Saturdays and holidays). Parcels are sent throughout Greece & Cyprus from our store in Chalkida, Ermou 23 (tel. +30 22210 86322).

• Orders up to €69.90 have a shipping cost of €3.5. Free shipping for purchases from €70 and above (only for Greece)

• For product shipping to Cyprus, the shipping cost is €15

• The cash on delivery service is charged with an amount of €1.50 and applies exclusively for Greece up to the amount of €500 (for larger amounts see other payment methods)

• All products, if available, are shipped via ACS courier service and delivered within 2-5 working days from the day the order is confirmed (7-12 days for Cyprus).

• Exceptions apply in cases where parcel transport is not possible due to weather conditions, strikes, or holidays.

• If you wish to receive the parcel with your own courier service, then the shipping costs are your responsibility and the store bears no responsibility for any delays that may occur.

• Saturday deliveries are made after telephone arrangement with the customer and there is an extra charge for shipping.

• Orders placed by 14:00 on working days (Monday-Friday) are shipped the same day; otherwise, their processing and shipping take place the next working day.

• Orders are delivered between 9:00 - 17:00 at your location. Please ensure someone is available to receive and sign for your delivery. Otherwise, you will need to coordinate with the courier to arrange delivery.

• Store pickups are accepted after telephone arrangement (+30 22210 86322) for information regarding product availability and other details.

All products, if available, are shipped via courier service and delivered within 7-12 working days (Monday-Friday) from the day the order is confirmed.

• The shipping cost is €20 with DHL service within the European Union.

• The cash on delivery service is not available. All other payment methods apply, which you can see on the Payment Methods page.

RETURN POLICY

If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can return the products within 14 days from the delivery date of the order. You can either exchange your products or request a refund.

PRODUCT RETURN

You can return the product within (14) fourteen calendar days from its receipt as shown by the records of the courier company from which you received it. The product to be returned must be in excellent condition, unused/unworn, and in the product packaging as you received it without the packaging or product being altered in any way. Altered, used, or dirty products are not accepted.

RETURN POLICY

METHODS OF PAYMENT

You can make your purchases from our online store in the following ways:

• REFUND (REFUND FEE €1.50 - APPLIES ONLY FOR GREECE FOR PURCHASES UP TO 500 EUROS)

In the Checkout process you can choose "Cash on Delivery" as your payment method. You can pay by cash on delivery at the moment you receive the products from the partner courier company. Payment is made in cash. No credit card needed. Cash on delivery has a charge of €1.50 and is only available in Greece for orders up to €500.

• BANK DEPOSIT

You can make your payments to one of the accounts in one of the cooperating banks you see below. In this case you will need to send us an email at info@beautycollection.grconfirmation of your paymentto the bank, for the amount you deposited, in which case your order will be completed with shipment, if the deposit appears in the account us.Please quote your order number in your payment to avoid delays. This process can take up to 2 business days, depending on the bank's process. Finally, any bank charges should be covered by the customer. It is necessary that the cardholder is also the buyer who executed the transaction.

• PAYMENT BY CREDIT / DEBIT CARDS

You can pay for your purchases by charging your debit or credit card (VISA, MASTERCARD, DINERS, AMERICAN EXPRESS), as well as prepaid cards. During the credit card payment process you will need to fill in the number and expiration date of your credit card. In any case of purchase, the buyer must also be the owner of the card used for the transaction.

Note: There is a possibility of interest-free installments through the Viva Wallet service, after contacting our store by phone and via the new KLARNA payment service (up to 3 interest-free installments)

During the PayPal payment process, you will be redirected to the PayPal page and there you must follow the instructions you will find on the specific website and then complete your order by paying with your PayPal account. You may be asked for additional identification information you and there may be delays in shipping if this is deemed necessary.

Is there any extra charge? 

There is no extra charge or interest for using the '3 Interest Free Installments' service with Klarna! With Klarna, you have the flexibility to make purchases without additional interest.

What information do I need to provide to pay with Klarna?

To pay via Klarna you will need to fill in your name, phone, email, & date of birth. The first time you use Klarna you will need to fill in your VAT number to confirm your identity. PRODUCT SHIPPING IN GREECE AND CYPRUS

Shipments are made daily from Monday to Friday from 9 am to 2 pm (excluding Saturdays and holidays). Parcels are sent throughout Greece & Cyprus from our store in Chalkida, Ermou 23 (tel. +30 22210 86322).

• Orders up to €69.90 have a shipping cost of €3.5. Free shipping for purchases from €70 and above (only for Greece)

• For product shipping to Cyprus, the shipping cost is €15

• The cash on delivery service is charged with an amount of €1.50 and applies exclusively for Greece up to the amount of €500 (for larger amounts see other payment methods)

• All products, if available, are shipped via ACS courier service and delivered within 2-5 working days from the day the order is confirmed (7-12 days for Cyprus).

• Exceptions apply in cases where parcel transport is not possible due to weather conditions, strikes, or holidays.

• If you wish to receive the parcel with your own courier service, then the shipping costs are your responsibility and the store bears no responsibility for any delays that may occur.

• Saturday deliveries are made after telephone arrangement with the customer and there is an extra charge for shipping.

• Orders placed by 14:00 on working days (Monday-Friday) are shipped the same day; otherwise, their processing and shipping take place the next working day.

• Orders are delivered between 9:00 - 17:00 at your location. Please ensure someone is available to receive and sign for your delivery. Otherwise, you will need to coordinate with the courier to arrange delivery.

• Store pickups are accepted after telephone arrangement (+30 22210 86322) for information regarding product availability and other details.

PRODUCT SHIPPING TO OTHER COUNTRIES

All products, if available, are shipped via courier service and delivered within 7-12 working days (Monday-Friday) from the day the order is confirmed.

• The shipping cost is €20 with DHL service within the European Union.

• The cash on delivery service is not available. All other payment methods apply, which you can see on the Payment Methods page.

RETURN POLICY

If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can return the products within 14 days from the delivery date of the order. You can either exchange your products or request a refund.

PRODUCT RETURN

You can return the product within (14) fourteen calendar days from its receipt as shown by the records of the courier company from which you received it. The product to be returned must be in excellent condition, unused/unworn, and in the product packaging as you received it without the packaging or product being altered in any way. Altered, used, or dirty products are not accepted.

The shipping details for the return of the packages are as follows:

PRODUCT EXCHANGE

• Applies only for Greece. The first product exchange (e.g., size, color, design, or product change) is made free of charge for the customer. Further returns/exchanges are charged €7 by the cooperating courier company ACS or Courier Center.
• We can replace the product or products or part of the order you returned with another color, size, or code, if availability at that time allows. If replacement is not possible due to unavailability of the requested product, color, size, etc., we offer alternative solutions such as a credit coupon for future purchases or a refund.
• If products were sold incorrectly or defective from the start, you can refuse to accept the products or request their replacement. In case of replacement, we will send you the order with the correct items without charging shipping costs or, if you prefer, a refund will be made.
• To make a return and exchange of the product at your location, you must fill out the product return form and place it inside the package for the courier company to collect.
• All returned products must be in their original quality condition and their tags must not have been removed. Products must be in excellent condition, unworn, unused, free of dirt, sealed, complete, and without any damage. The packaging of the returned product must be the one that normally accompanies the product and be in excellent condition.
• Also, if the product you return has a security seal, it must not have been tampered with.
