RETURN POLICY

• Orders up to €69.90 have a shipping cost of €3.5. Free shipping for purchases from €70 and above (only for Greece)

• For product shipping to Cyprus, the shipping cost is €15

• The cash on delivery service is charged with an amount of €1.50 and applies exclusively for Greece up to the amount of €500 (for larger amounts see other payment methods)

• All products, if available, are shipped via ACS courier service and delivered within 2-5 working days from the day the order is confirmed (7-12 days for Cyprus).

• Exceptions apply in cases where parcel transport is not possible due to weather conditions, strikes, or holidays.

All products, if available, are shipped via courier service and delivered within 7-12 working days (Monday-Friday) from the day the order is confirmed.

RETURN POLICY

If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can return the products within 14 days from the delivery date of the order. You can either exchange your products or request a refund.

PRODUCT RETURN

You can return the product within (14) fourteen calendar days from its receipt as shown by the records of the courier company from which you received it. The product to be returned must be in excellent condition, unused/unworn, and in the product packaging as you received it without the packaging or product being altered in any way.
