• Orders up to 69.90€ have a shipping cost of 3.5€. Free shipping for purchases from €70 and above (only for Greece)

• For sending products to Cyprus, the shipping costs are €15

• Orders up to 69.90€ have a shipping cost of 3.5€. Free shipping for purchases from €70 and above (only for Greece)

• For sending products to Cyprus, the shipping costs are €15

• The cash on delivery service is charged with an amount of 1.50€ and is valid exclusively for Greece up to the amount of 500€ (for larger amounts see other payment methods)

• All products, if available, are sent by ACS (courier) service and delivered within 2-5 working days from the order confirmation day (for Cyprus 7-12 days).

• Excluded are the cases for which it cannot be possible to transport the parcels due to weather conditions, strikes or holidays.

• In case you want to receive the package with your own courier service, then the transport costs are borne by you and the store is not responsible for any delays that may occur.

• Saturday deliveries are made after consultation with the customer by phone and there is an extra charge for transport.

• Orders placed by 2pm on working days (Monday-Friday)are dispatched the same day otherwise they are processed and dispatched the next working day.

• Orders are delivered 9:00 - 17:00 at your location. Please ensure someone is available to collect and sign for your delivery. Otherwise, you will need to make arrangements with the courier to arrange delivery of your shipment.

• Collections from the store are accepted after telephone consultation (+30 22210 86322) for information on the availability of the products and other information. 

SHIPMENT OF PRODUCTS TO THE REST OF THE COUNTRIES 

All products, if available, are sent by courier and delivered within 7-12 working days (Monday-Friday) from the order confirmation day.

• Shipping costs are €20 with the DHL service within the European Union

• Shipping costs are €25 with DHL service outside the European Union

• The cash on delivery service is not available. All other payment methods that you can see on the page Payment Methods are valid.
