Shipping to Greece and Cyprus

Orders are dispatched Monday to Friday, 9:00–14:00, excluding public holidays, from our store at 23 Ermou Street, Chalkida. Telephone: +30 22210 86322.

• Shipping within Greece costs €3.50 for orders up to €69.90. Delivery is free for orders of €70 or more.
• Shipping to Cyprus costs €15.
• Cash on delivery costs an additional €1.50 and is available only in Greece for orders up to €500. For higher amounts, please choose another payment method.
• Available items are sent by ACS courier. Delivery normally takes 2–5 working days from order confirmation within Greece, or 7–12 days for Cyprus.
• Severe weather, strikes and public holidays may affect delivery times.
• If you arrange your own courier, you are responsible for the shipping costs. Our store cannot be held responsible for delays caused by that courier.
• Saturday delivery is available by prior telephone arrangement and carries an additional delivery charge.
• Orders placed by 14:00 on working days, Monday to Friday, are dispatched the same day. Orders placed later are processed and dispatched on the next working day.
• Deliveries are made to your address between 9:00 and 17:00. Please ensure someone is available to receive and sign for your parcel. Otherwise, contact the courier to arrange delivery.
• Store pickup is available by prior telephone arrangement. Please call +30 22210 86322 to confirm product availability and collection details.

Shipping to other countries

Available items are sent by courier and normally arrive within 7–12 working days, Monday to Friday, from order confirmation.

• DHL shipping within the European Union costs €20.
• Cash on delivery is not available outside Greece. Please choose one of the other options on our Payment methods page.

Returns policy

If you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may return the products within 14 days of delivery and request either an exchange or a refund.

Returning products

Products must be returned within 14 calendar days of receipt, as recorded by the delivery company. Items must be in perfect, original condition, unused and unworn, with their original packaging intact. We cannot accept items that are damaged, used or dirty.

Refunds

• Refunds cover the price of the returned products only. Shipping and cash-on-delivery charges are not refunded.
• For international orders, refunds cover the exact price of the returned products. Shipping charges, customs duties, taxes and other additional costs, such as return shipping, are not refunded.
• The refund process can begin once the returned items arrive at our store and have been checked to confirm that they are in perfect, original condition.
• Refunds are made only to the original credit card, PayPal account or bank account used to pay for the order.
• Refunds are processed remotely and cannot be issued at our physical store.
• We will issue your refund within 15 calendar days of receiving the returned product. Processing times vary by bank and card type.
• Subject to availability, returned items can be exchanged for another colour, size or product.
• You may also choose a credit voucher for a future purchase from our online store.

Exchanges

• For Greece only, the first exchange—for example, a different size, colour, style or product—is free. Further returns or exchanges cost €7 through our partner couriers, ACS or Courier Center.
• Exchanges depend on availability. If the requested product, colour or size is unavailable, we can offer an alternative, a credit voucher for a future purchase, or a refund.
• If you receive an incorrect or faulty product, you may refuse delivery or request a replacement. We will send the correct replacement without a shipping charge, or issue a refund if you prefer.
• To arrange a return and exchange at your address, complete the product return form and place it inside the parcel for the courier.
• All returned products must be in their original condition, with all tags attached. They must be unworn, unused, clean, complete, undamaged and sealed where applicable. The original packaging must also be in perfect condition.
• Any security seal on the returned product must remain intact.

Payment methods

You can pay for purchases from our online store using the following methods.

Cash on delivery — €1.50 fee (Greece only, orders up to €500)

Select “Cash on delivery” at checkout and pay the courier in cash when your order arrives. No credit card is required. This service costs €1.50 and is available only for deliveries within Greece on orders up to €500.

Bank transfer

You can transfer payment to one of the bank accounts below. Email your payment confirmation to info@beautycollection.gr and include your order number to avoid delays. Your order will be dispatched once the funds appear in our account.

Bank processing may take up to two working days. Any bank fees must be covered by the customer. The cardholder must be the person making the purchase.

Credit, debit and prepaid cards

You can pay using a credit or debit card (Visa, Mastercard, Diners or American Express), or a prepaid card. Enter your card details, including the card number and expiry date, in the payment provider’s secure checkout. The cardholder must be the person making the purchase.

Interest-free instalments are available through Viva Wallet by prior telephone arrangement with our store, and through Klarna in up to three interest-free instalments.

Select PayPal at checkout to be redirected to PayPal. Follow the instructions there and complete payment using your PayPal account. Additional information may be requested to verify your identity, which may delay dispatch if further checks are needed.

Buy now and spread the cost across three interest-free instalments with Klarna. No credit card is required.

1. The first payment is taken when your order is confirmed.
2. The remaining two payments are collected automatically every 30 days from your selected payment method.

Are there any additional charges?
